Let’s meet Lami! A customer service consultant who recently joined the Trav4college team.

This is to show our commitment to democratizing the college application process and ensure our increasing community of key stakeholders know those behind their beloved brand “Trav4College” and how we are poised to solve critical issues.

In a sit-down interview with one of our recent hires for Customer service, we met Lami Abioye.

Q. Tell us about yourself

Hello there, my name is Lami Abioye. A graduate of hospitality and tourism management. I’m currently working as a customer service consultant at Trav4College

Q. How did you find out about Trav4College, and why Trav4College?

I found out about Trav4College during my NYSC camp. Then I started following their page on Instagram and LinkedIn. Then I saw an opening to which I was most excited to apply because I’ve always wanted to be part of the company, and here I am.

Q. Your job responsibility

I work as a customer service consultant. I am responsible for attending to customers’ inquiries and assisting them with whatever service they need from our platform to ensure prospective students have all the required information to make their study plans work out efficiently. I enjoy helping students who have dreams of studying abroad become a reality.

Q. What’s your take on the corporate culture

I believe the key to a successful organization is to have a solid corporate culture, which is an important aspect.

I enjoy watching movies, travelling to explore new places, music and foods
