Our staff spotlight edition continues, and this is to show our commitment to democratizing the college application process and ensure our increasing community of key stakeholders knows those behind their beloved brand “Trav4College” and how our dedicated team is positioned to solve key issues surrounding the study abroad domain.
In a sit-down interview with one of our recent hires for the customer service team, we will be interviewing “Moshood Sulaimon,” who joined us as a “Partnership Manager.”
Q. Tell us about yourself
My name is Moshood Olalekan Sulaimon. I am a graduate of Microbiology from the University of Ibadan, Class of 2015. I have a good blend of education and skills with experience in teaching, leadership, and Educational management, a Strong and unwavering passion for creative thinking and imparting knowledge.
I am versatile and love to combine speed and accuracy when executing tasks.
I connect and get along with people quickly, and I don’t thrive in a tense environment.
Q. How did you find out about Trav4College, and why Trav4College?
Hmmmmmmm, I was scrolling through LinkedIn one faithful day, and I stumbled on a post from Trav4college. I immediately checked out the company’s profile, and I was intrigued by how the company is using cutting-edge technology to disrupt the college admission market In Africa. So I connected with one of the Educational Consultants (Beatrice) and found out that there was an opening for a partnership Manager, I applied, and the rest is history.
Why Trav4colleg? It is evident from afar that the company helps staff utilize their skills, optimize their potential and offer a genuine opportunity for career progression.
Q. What is your job responsibility?
Well, my job responsibility is obvious, partnering, partnering, and more partnering! I am to initiate and manage the company’s new and existing relationships with International Institutions and high schools in Nigeria. Sometimes, I will have to keep an eye on the activities of our ever-efficient Educational consultants.
Q. What’s your take on the corporate culture?
The corporate culture is great here, and you feel at home while at work. Everyone is always ready to support and assist. Communications are done in straightforward terms, and professionalism is top-notch.
Playing strategy games, traveling, cooking, playing and watching sports, or partaking in an adventure.
I have to mention that I am an unapologetic Arsenal fan.
