Meet Olayemi! Our latest Customer Care Representatives

Our staff spotlight edition continues and this is to show our commitment to democratizing the college application process and ensure our increasing community of key stakeholders knows those behind their beloved brand “Trav4College” and how our dedicated team is positioned to solve key issues surrounding the study abroad domain.

In a sit-down interview with one of our recent hires for the customer service team, we will be interviewing “Olayemi Olayanju” who joined us as a “Customer Service Rep”.

Q. Tell us about yourself.

ANS: My name is Olayanju Margaret Olayemi and I will be working as a Customer Service Representative for the company.

Q. How did you find out about Trav4College and why Trav4College?

ANS: So a friend sent the Job vacancy to me and then I applied. After going through the company’s website I just knew I wanted to be a part of the organization and the fact that it has to do with traveling caught my interest.

Q. What are your job responsibilities?

ANS: I work as a customer service representative and I am in charge of attending to customers’ queries and also assisting them with whatever service they need from our platform.

Q. What is your take on the corporate culture?

Well, it’s actually not bad. I like the fact that you can be yourself

Q. What are your Interests?

ANS: Hmmm… eating, meeting new people, hanging out
